Most companies have no problem with over the phone estimates and they believe it is part of the business. At Adason we strongly believe that most moving disasters begin that exact way. 

Our Estimate policy
Free no obligation estimates are the norm for most moving companies nowadays but seeing the job in person by the salesman is the only way to deliver an exact estimate with no hidden surprises or extra fees added on. Our salesmen are onsite to show you things that you may not think would take up much room or even consider to be a problem in a move. 

And why would you? This is not your profession, so why should you have to do your own estimating over the phone? Anything from extra stair climbing in apartments to long loading or unloading walks for your crew due to lack of truck space for front door access can easily turn a good estimate bad. This is why we feel free in-home estimates are our standard.

Estimates are a dime a dozen.
Estimates come in all different prices. Feel free to get many estimates for your move and see how they can change from one company to the next. If you feel an estimate you have received  is too good to be true, then it probably is. Adason salesmen work on the jobs they acquire which is unheard of in this business, so they know the obstacles to be overcome in your moving experience and they will have to achieve them personally.  At the end of the day it is you who will have to choose the company you feel is right for your job. When Adason estimates your next move, we know we are the right choice, but it's our job to make you realize it.

What is my free in-home estimate based on?
Your free estimate is based upon the following areas:

• That you have shown us all the items to be moved.
• That all boxes are to be closed and taped top and bottom.
• That there is no key wait on the new residence.
• That there is no excessive walking distance at the destination.
• That you will be fully packed and ready before moving day.
• Any travel time to and from the job and any between destinations.
• Breaks and lunches are not charged to the customer.
